1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using nityapanchangam.com ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Service description
Nitya Panchangam is a free Vedic panchangam publication: daily tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana, sunrise, sunset, rahu kalam, yamagandam, choghadiya, muhurtam, festival dates, puja vidhanam, and related educational content. All values are computed from the Swiss Ephemeris using Lahiri Ayanamsa (see Methodology).
3. Astrology & ritual content is for informational purposes only — NOT professional advice
Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, psychological, financial, or licensed professional advice. Panchangam values, muhurtam recommendations, horoscopes, dosha analyses, gemstone/rudraksha suggestions, festival dates, and puja instructions are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for any decision you take based on this content. Consult qualified licensed professionals for any decision with health, legal, financial, or safety implications. Vedic astrology is a traditional cultural practice; results are not guaranteed and no scientific claim of causation is asserted.
4. Accuracy disclaimer
We take date and calculation accuracy seriously (see Corrections Policy). However, panchangam values depend on convention (tithi vyapti rules, ayanamsa choice, sunrise convention, city coordinates) and reasonable authorities can differ. If your family paddhati or local temple uses a different convention, follow that convention — do not treat our values as override.

Traditional Vedic content (mantras, stotras, puranic references) is public domain; our specific arrangement, translation, and presentation are protected. The panchangam engine uses Swiss Ephemeris under its GPL/AGPL license terms.
